If I want to file a formal complain of UBC Hospital relating to a surgery happened today, who should I contact ?

I am very upset right now.

I always thought UBC hospital is a bit better than say Mount St Joseph...

Since UBC hospital is part of the Vancouver Coastal Health system, you may file your complaint to VCH's Patient Care Quality Office.
