I would maintain a neutral position right now, maybe slightly on the long side.  We are still in earnings season, the situation is a bit different from the last dive a couple weeks ago.

It's true that the market has gone up for 7 days, but I look at today as a breather rather than the beginning of another dive.  But the dive will surely come soon.

The drop is definitely more than what I would expect on an option expiration day.  I think things are short term oversold now.
