I dun like this bank either, seem like they only want to do business with you if you have big bucks, otherwise they dun want ur account and want to kick you out!, bad service!!!
Well, customer service @ HSBC is generally not as good as other banks. However, sometimes clients do have unreasonable requests (actually it happens quiet often...haha...). At the end of the day, bank representatives need to know how to handle frustrated customers regardless whether they are resaonable or not.
so the tact to deal with bank employee is, to give them a bait... e.g., you might want to do some admin only (e.g. name change, address change) but at the same time tell them you are going to have a big money to invest or even better, you are buying a new home, might need mortgage
Same here, I used RBC and TD. Even though RBC service fee is not cheap, I do think their service is better. TD is even better...I love the extended hour!
