Don't avoid my question, Coward Rockypath! Do you have the guts to answer my question  ...

Lik, you just keep giving me a lot of fun.

Did I deny your statements? No, I didn’t. Instead, I agree with you that I would prefer to be in the US justice system in general.

Now, it is your turn to answer my question – “why did US set up prisons on foreign soils? What are the purposes?”

Do you have the gut to tell me? How does the US justice system function in situations like this?

I will be waiting for your answer. Don't run away like a losing dog again.

Well, well, well... I guess my English must be really poor since I fail to see anywhere in your post where you agreed with me that in general, the US justice system is superior to the Chinese one. Here is your own post in full. Would you please educated me on where you mentioned anything about the US system being superior?
How would you be so sure about this?

First, could you tell us the reasons why US set up prisons on foreign soil?

Second, have you watched the movie – “unthinkable”? I recommend you to watch it. It is a good movie but I believe your stomach can only stand watching it once.

The US' most notorious offshore prison is the Guantánamo Bay detention camp. It is well known that the US government officially approved "mild" torture techniques such as waterboarding as a means to extract intel out of their prisoners there, and unofficially, they probably turn a blind eye towards other more extreme means of torturing methods to extract information from the prisoners. I have no intention of supporting these means of intelligence extraction techniques, but I will point out that the people don't just wind up at Guantánamo Bay for no reason. Prisoners that have been released from there have been known to return to the Middle East to become/resume the roles of high ranking officiers in terrorist cells.

Now tell me what happened in Tibet 2 years ago and in Xin Jiang last year. From what I remember, there was a media ban in Tibet for while, and government officials arranged for a pro-establishment press conference to tote the party line when the riots started to quiet down. Then in Xin Jiang, several HK reports and their crew were detained, and their video confiscated, with one TVB reporter (and possibly a cameraman as well, I don't remember la) getting beat up. And when 譚作仁 or 胡佳 or someone like them was about to go to court, Gung On went to the hotel and accused the HK reporting crew of drug possession or something to prevent them from getting to the court house.

So tell me, which system is worse? And who is the filthy losing dog here?

First, you still could NOT find out the real reasons why US set up prisons on foreign soils.

Second, in general, US justice system is well established for the reasons – the law is more mature, the procedure and process is more transparent, the justice system functions generally independent from the government. However, it only applies in GENERAL CIRCUMSTANCES. Find out more yourself. Even US citizens were treated differently under some circumstances according to their RACE!!!!

Third, you must realize under some circumstances, US chose not to apply US justice. Who to make the call? The America! Where is the justice for the people being shot to death, being tortured and their home were burned down? Why didn’t I hear you call out for justice for these people???!!!! Don’t blindly worship everything even the shxt of US smells good to you.

You need to learn how to read. Go back to my previous posts and read them over again la.

As I have said before, there is no point in arguing anything with CPC dogs, which is why I don't bother nowadays~

Let say I cannot read your post properly, why don't you clarify what you said to me and other LYKs who suffer the same problem as I do?

Just make your points clearly and logically to everyone instead of calling people dog to 掩飾自己 and avoid facing challenges.

It doesn’t help you at all. It only makes you look even sillier in front of people.

Learn to read la, moron~

I never said the US is perfect. In fact, it is far from it. But what China has is far, far shxttier.

Sorry to tell you, I didn’t miss that and that is the reason I ask you – “how would you be so sure the Chinese is far shxttier.”

And that is the reasons I ask you – why didn’t you call out for justice when US chose not to apply the “justice”. Where is the justice for people detained in prisons on foreign soils? Where is the justice for people died in the wars (or invasion) launched by US on its will? Where is the justice for people suffered racism? Where is the justice for people being treated differently according their race under the glorious name of “national security”?

Tell us! I will be waiting for your answer.

Coward Rocky,

If I were Lik All-Mighty and had all the time in this world, I'd definitely go out and fix every injustice I see. For better or for worse, I am neither of those, so I can only focus on what I care about the most.

Your question here is so naive that I can't really believe you could be asking it...

Not gonna keep wasting my time on morons like you la~
