以前"唐餐"未百花齊放時漢記真係幾吃香o架,後o黎競爭大加上佢o的食物水準每況愈下,生意一路差落去。

對上o個次去食時,佢個招牌煎餃又唔脆又冇乜汁,剩係得個油字,咁就死啦,呢個係佢招牌菜o黎o架o麻....

其實有好多細食店都做o左超過十五年,依家都仲"生存"緊都不外乎佢o既出品穩定而價錢公道,連呢面點最基本都做唔到,真係"與人無尤"~
我唔係食家,只係一個Foodie啫~ :D

咁點解漢記唔節省開支呢﹖就算執幾間分店,如果可以做到收支平衡咁樣又有乜所謂先﹖

做生意梗有周轉不靈o既時候,如果唔諗辦法死撐繼續做,咪終有一日會爆煲。不過你提到o既欠薪問題,好多餐廳都有,我表弟佢之前做o個一間餐廳,都遲o左幾個月先出番o個幾百蚊糧。幾百蚊咁少數目都要拖,真係唔知o個間餐廳可以捱到幾耐....唉~

食物keep唔到水準﹐冇進步﹐唔理本業﹐唔執就其﹐睇下金石就知﹐雖然20年都無裝修﹐0的食物水準keep到﹐又平﹐就算唐人街末落﹐佢都仲做得住。

金石 食物水準 sucks, and not 平, and quite old and dirty.  I'm still figuring out why they still stand.

In China town I almost never go to 金石, I like "The Boss" better.
The fried rice is not oily at all.

And sometimes I do visit Hons in Chinatown. I mean, the days when Chinatown is still the main hub...
