Where does it say it'll be free la? If it's a movie channel, I don't see how they would make it free wor?

MingPao Sat magazine. It is like ~3.99 in the East Coast, but free here, at least for now.

199 used to be a HD channel (Global TV).

I don't think this channel is going to be in HD though.
