blueberry farms sells boxes of frozen blueberries..down at blundell, so no need to prepare.

Some of the farms  freeze the "Past the Prime" blueberries,
in their original boxes.  They need to be sort out and wash
since there are rotten one and trigs, leaves among them.
They are inexpensive but you cannot use them as the
IOQ berries which are pre-sorted and washed. So be careful

   It is dehydrated  sap from a certain cactus plant from Mexico.
   taste like maple syrup and  very low in calorie, a very good natural
   sweetener for diabete diet. I like the taste even I do not have
   weight problem,  yet .

Coffee, for instant, and pancakes & French Toast, naturally; and Bubble Tea.
actually, you can use the granules for anything call for sugar.
No nasty aftertaste.

the Health food stores are too expensive
