Developing 航天技術 and funding education are two separated topics. It is you try to mix these two topics together and confuse people.

Now, could you tell us why other countries also heavily invest in航天技術 including India which having trouble to feed its own people? Is because they have too much money to spend?

大陸財政收入佔GDP百分比原本就係偏低﹐你用GDP比重黎比根本就係無聊﹐又或者係受到西方或反中既學者/傳媒誤導﹐人云亦云。(呢D就係無獨立思考既結果﹐讀幾多書都無用)

大陸教育產業化係學美國既﹐而中國現在大學生失業率仍然係好低﹐失業率高既係西方國家﹐include加拿大。

我以前睇過某經濟報告﹐話大概大陸每增長1%GDP 就夠容納100萬大學畢業生﹐所以現在問題仲未出現。
過幾年大陸經濟增長放緩或者大學生年出產破千萬既時候就唔知會點啦。

but 大學生 is just a name, it doesn't mean they possess the skills a graduate should have.  If they lower the bar enough, everyone could become a 大學生.

其实中国政府贪少个十分一现在的程度，足以拯救所有没书读，没饭吃的小孩

Are those people all stupid except you? When you say all people around you are 傻仔 but all of them say you are 傻仔, who will be more likely to be the real 傻仔? Should it more likely be you or the people around you?
