搞下个火箭就可以有高科技人才？ 你连个基础教育都搞到一塌糊涂，如果你系成功的点会有甘多人技术移民出来外国，任何家高科技发达国家基础教育都做得好好， 美国，法国，德国，日本，万丈高楼平地起，没好的基础大楼就会倒，就好似大陆现在D楼甘豆腐一样， 你甘威水你点解唔返去报效祖国啊
