甘就错啦

发展航天技术一样可以将D钱落入去贪官袋里头。而且更加容易，因为贪官们可以巧立名目以发展航天技术为名，点解当年希望工程甘多人抢住去做就是甘的原因，后来改用物资救济不直接用货币，大家都唔去做了，就是这个原因

Correct -- $$ will still go into corrupt officials pockets no matter what. But at least when other more meaningful projects are done, something useful, something that will benefit regular, everyday people will come, and a larger number of regular citizens will benefit from it.

Corrupt continues to be one of the most serious cancers that China faces. Even our Oscar Best Actor Jiabao admits to this in front of international press.

平心而論，我都覺得中國係有必要去發展軍事，航天業，唔洗吓吓靠人哋。中國喺呢方面都慢人哋幾十年，趁現在有啲能力嘅時候catch up吓都係應該嘅。美國好似 60 年代已經登陸月球，中國都仲要等多二十年先可以。
講軍事，無返咁上下，點夠牙力去爭釣魚台？

就算攞咗啲＄去攪軍事，航天工程，都唔代表無哂＄去做其他基礎設施，個問題始終都係出喺制度上，無規劃，無監管，同貪污，先係致命傷。
