In some way I agree with you, but I try to maintain a balance with my own method.  My believe my method is to work for a non-profit agency.

I am an IT Network Administrator for a non profit agency which provide family services, counseling services, etc.  Chance is, I can find better paying job working for a real business, but then I think larger paycheck isn't everything.

I do encourage you and the others to do your part for the communties.  I can be your money donations, or do volunteer works for your community.
