边个水平高，边个水平低，唔系你话点就点的。不过有你这种人先会有对比，体现其他人有高的智慧和水准

To me that article is really BS...

Just looking how NDP freezes the tuition fee in university. Yeah it SOUNDS good and but it indeed is bad. University doesn't get enough funding so resources are less. Old equipments, less spots for students. And imagine your salary get frozen (while economy is not down). If I were the employee there I would definitely try look for other opportunities elsewhere. So in the end, students suffer. And sorry, I'm totally not buy in the concept of union.
