I quite like Congee Noodle House .. that's on Broadway close to Main Street intersection.
BUT they are not very consistent with their quality. Sometimes REALLY GOOD   and sometimes SO SO.
They do have consistent good soft congee.

don't think Dai Hing has cow tongue so. They have the regular chinese donuts but not so great. Their congee is not bad tho.

I never know 勝記 is good for congee too O.o before always there for midnight snack only and have "soup rice"
