[西餐] Any nice view with good food and good services restaurant?

Cuz my brother wants to bring her gf to romantic and nice view restaurant. Must be western food please..

Don't know about "romantic" view restaurants.... for out of town visitors, my usual picks of view restaurants are: Grouse Mountain, The Salmon House, Teahouse in Stanley Park

In addition to the places that other have already mentioned:

1) Stone Grill (under Granville Bridge)
2) Boathouse @ Horseshoe Bay
3) Cardero's (@ Coal Harbour)

Obviously, you'd need to book a window seat la.
