all your personal info should be true.
you can choose not to answer the long questionaries,
after the first about 10 general questions, read carefully
and choose not to continue with the long one if you feel uncomfortable.
The long questionaries will be more personal.
The long questionaries yet is important for the future planning for the government

Of course give real information la.  All the personal information are protected.

As for release of information, that's your personal preference.  I'm okay with releasing information, as I will be long dead by then.  But everyone else in my household don't like it and chose not to.
