I guess you should STFU if you do not understand the difference between CPUs architectural design and instruction sets.

I read many related articles about Chinese CPUs, written by international experts.

China's CPU architecture is based on Chinese design. They are just compatible with MIPS, but the design is totally Chinese.
Just like AMD cpu and Intel cpu are different designs, but can run softwares written for the same instruction sets.

As an ex-NEC Electronics employee, I can assure you that it was a total POS.
They had no technology and their chips were full of bugs.

Don't trust me? NEC was in so bad financial situation that it folded its electronics division and the division now became Renesas Electronics.
