當銷售以顧客的錢袋來判斷他們價值之時，香港服務業正在迷失自我。--makes me wonder, from a business pint of view, besides the puchasing power (which is reflected by 顧客的錢袋), what else to evaluate the value of customers?? you make more money when the customers spend more money, that is no doubt.

Money shouldn't be the "most" important portion of the service...
People will be respecting service from servants, but not from slaves...

Did I ever complain that "there are too many poor and poorly educated people"? All I've ever done is to offer an explanation of why they are acting the way they did. I offered no judgement of whether that is good or bad.

From a humanitarian point of view, you need to look after their well being so that they'd have a chance to climb out of the poverty pit. At the same time, they need to be better educated so that they won't continue to place a burden on the rest of society to look after them.

You read my comments as a negative criticism on the poor because that is what you think, and hence how you interpret my words. You are the only one who has been condescending here, but I expect nothing less from you.
