印度有民主制度，但不是真民主
問題在於歷史中的"種姓制度"，雖然種姓制度已遭廢除，但要徹底消除幾千年來種姓制度造成的歧視現像還任重道遠，尤其是在鄉村地區，貧富差距嚴重，國民素質又相對低下，印度的民主政治沒有賦予公民生存權與發展權，印度仍有幾億人生活在貧困線以下。印度的民主是少數富人的民主，窮人參政困難。印度沒有落實近兩億“賤民”在憲法中規定的平等民主權利，他們的職業、教育、宗教、婚姻等最起碼的人權與尊嚴受到各種限制，成為印度最大的不平等。種姓制度……是導致印度虛弱的最主要因素。

再者，印度長期由一黨統治,獨立62年,有52年是由國大黨執政,52年中又有41年是由同一家族統治,是一個王朝世襲的國家, 所以 印度不是真民主國家。

實行好民主和法治，公民必須“講道理”：講道理，就是立足於雙方對話，而不是自說自話，就必須以邏輯、說理為交流基礎。因此，說理時一定要顧及不同的觀點，要找出不同觀點背後的理由，運用邏輯一一分析辯駁這些理由，以證明自己的觀點合理。必須弄清楚：“事實”是公認的知識，而“想法”只是個人的看法；任何“想法”都不具有自動的正確性，必須經過證明——證明也就是說服別人，清楚地告訴別人，為什麼你的想法是正確的，理由是什麼。講道理就是以理服人，而決不能強詞奪理、以勢壓人。

First, I don't know who the hell 強巴 is. I asked for your own definition and you just copied the BS from someone. I am not saying what he said is wrong. What he said is just  真民主的表現而不是真民主的本質, 因為有了真民主才有“人權”、“自由”、“平等”及“法治”。

Second, this kind of BS can be composed by anyone and I believe you and Lik can write much better than that. A lots of what he said are just 邊個唔知阿媽是女人。 The critical missing part of this article is - WHAT WILL TAKE TO ESTABLISH A TRUE DEMOCRACY.

I can tell you my opinion in a very short form - democracy was established based on the foundation of the mutual compromise among different counter parts to maximize the benefits and efficiency as a whole. (this is my own original definition. 如有雷同，純屬意外)

P.S.   One thing I have to give the author credit is that he specifically point out the democracy he wrote is - “憲政民主”.

以中國國情為例，我認為最和平的
第一，中共自行結束一黨專政。開放人民組黨自由
第二，中共可成為過渡政府，有計劃的帶領、協助或資助其他政黨。建立議會制度，制訂良好憲法，以法治國
第三，教育人民，做好公民教育，提升人民道德水平，才不致受人利用，達到公平公正

我知這些都是理想主義，但我信有志者，事竟成。但第一步行不到，說什麼都沒用
