Some kids do drive 200. I heard kids talked about how they were caught by police doing 200km/hr at UBC, and how he was smart enough to brake soon enough. Otherwise he would not just end up just getting a ticket.
The kid also said if he were in China, a phone call to his father would settle everything.
Someone should just take these kids to the track and so everyone on the street could be safer.
They actually blocked both lanes (prob not inside the tunnel) and created a car free section so their friends can race > 200km/h.
So I don't think all cars are going 200km+ (esp the ones that blocks traffic) but pretty sure some did.
I still think they are just TOO stupid to do this at rush hr... @@
