[香港新聞] 先逼由$2.7加價至$3.8 再停供貨 可樂供應商封殺阿信屋

備受網民推崇、以平價招徠的零食連鎖店 759阿信屋,疑因產品售價太低遭汽水供應商封殺,全線被暫停供貨。老闆林偉駿指,太古可口可樂香港有限公司多次要求他加價,他因此將原售 2.7元的罐裝可樂加價至 3.8元,但仍遭暫停供應所有可口可樂旗下產品,「我係外行人唔識規矩,只係想益街坊,相信自由市場,咁都有錯?」

老闆要開創「後可樂時代」阿信屋去年開張後,以街坊價打響名堂。林偉駿稱,太古上月初指他的店可樂售價太低,要求加價,他初時拒絕,但來貨價大幅提高 25%,經一輪拉鋸,只好同意分段加價。原售 2.7元的罐裝可樂加價至 3.8元,但壓力未減。本月 10日,林偉駿決定「壯士斷臂」停賣罐裝可樂,豈料不足一天,對方傳來高層發出的「封殺令」,停止向阿信屋供應所有飲品。

供應商供貨會按店舖規模而定出不同價錢。林偉駿說,阿信屋成立初期分店較少,平價賣可樂,供應商從不過問,但隨着分店增加,可能因為威脅到大型連鎖零售商,開始有壓力,「除咗太古,維他奶都試過要求我加價,事件有冇大財團施壓,大家心知肚明」。

阿信屋已沒有出售港版可樂及維他奶,營業額每月減少 200萬元,佔總額近 10%。為不受本地供應商掣肘,大部份貨品由日本等地直接進口。事後,他推出低至八折優惠吸客,既為彌補對客戶的影響,也為刺激生意,「我要話畀客人知家係『後可樂時代』,希望客人忘記可樂同維他奶」。

政府準備訂立競爭法,立法會議員李華明稱,當局建議的新例仍有灰色地帶,難杜絕單一供應商因個別商戶零售價低而拒絕供貨的行為;但新例實施後,若有大型零售商聯手向供應商施壓,要求供應商暫停向個別客戶供貨,則涉濫用市場優勢,屬違例。

太古可口可樂香港回應查詢時表示,本年 10月初向 759阿信屋送貨後,至今未收到新定單,將繼續與客戶磋商和交易。

C Hing, you got the issue backwards, man.

What's happening in HK now is, the grocery story is selling stuff at lower prices than the big chains, so the big chains are not happy. It is likely that the big chains are pressuring the wholeseller/distributor to "do something about the grocery store" so that it won't/can't sell at prices lower than what the big chains are selling.

Resorting to tactics like that is clearly anti-competitive la.

If HK has competition / antitrust laws, there may well be a legal case on this.

Same here la...

My in law used to run grocery store, their cost was actually higher then price from Costco/Superstore etc .. (say Coke/Pespi etc)

Well, back to the 80's and even 90's they were doing OK, people were willing to pay more from grocery store ..  not anymore .. when their cost keeps rising ..

其實阿信屋呢次宣傳都幾有效, 我都去左幫襯買左枝CC Lemon 飲, 之前不嬲都唔會入去幫襯的.
