    yeah...safety is more important...the park and fly lot I found is also around $11/day. With some coupon it could be a bit cheaper. but still $9/day.

Last time we went to New York from Seattle, we found a hotel that we can spend a night for about $120, including a week's worth of parking for no charge, so we stayed a night then before we came back to Vancouver.

To New York, not necessary good deal.  From time to time, there are direct flight special around $600.  The price different with flying out from SEA or BLI is not that much.

I don't know. It's my first time flying out of Vancouver in the last 10 years.

I am also flying from Boston to Vancouver in mid September, and the fare is CHEAPER than flying to Seattle, LOL.
