都係一舊肉嚟姐，不過啲肉質就比較特別，　紅燒啦，加牛鞭牛根炆，燉啦．．．有個出名的食譜，原個棷子燉牛歡喜雪蛤．

冇謂考究啲名，正如Rocky Mountain Oyster... haha
