在一般超市就冇得賣，如果去啲小農場，我知道有些回教肉店（他們自行放血開肉）可以指定預留．

最好我哋啲同胞發明吓食邊種鯊魚部位好正，咁我哋就唔駛被人禁魚翅，俾人話切咗條翅跟住揼返條魚落海咁殘忍。

鯊魚沒有泌尿系統，是經皮膚排放尿及毒素，肉內有大量臭胺味，要辟除有很多步驟．
而且可以煮的菜式又受限制．

不過，我地豬牛腰都搞得掂，應該可以，我就試過，先用醋鹽薑片水浸辟味，再胡椒酸菜炆鮺魚煲．以勁味蓋，但效果不佳．

我只知道鯊魚的special function係　重金屬　十分高，唔知可唔可以提煉番出嚟　！
