    其實都係心理作祟,習慣嚟嘅啫。

以前細個一定係晚飯最豐富,食得最飽,但係依家個個都識夜晚食得少啲,寧願晏晝飯食飽啲或少食多餐。

當然,你唔係食三碗飯,又冇糖尿病的話,食白米飯唔死得人嘅。但係而我呢啲窈窕淑女嚟講,就梗係唔想夜晚食咁多澱粉質同糖分啦。

I've been eating  12 grains  for years, white rice only  for dining out or at other people's home.
I found  mixed grains more interesting and better texture.  Sushi is exception.

I use Japanese short grain rice only for making Japanese food (e.g. simple as oyakodon)

It is great for making congee too, especially the plain one with no oil

really! I never add oil to my congee. And I don't like it too "smooth"/thick.

That's the reason I do not order congee at restaurant
