I don't make 200k annually tho. So i'm poorer than the poor.

    租細啲同舊啲囉，儲少少首期買間細細哋上車，好多人都係咁！

我都係好財之前賣咗有啲錢賺就一間變兩間，慢慢上，同埋我又唔係咩有錢人，都好勞力返工搵錢！

    叫人上屋企坐係最方便最省時間最省錢嘅活動，我自己好鍾意叫三五知己一齊摸吓酒杯底，講吓是非。

同埋studio flat有個唔好處就係一煮飯就成間屋／房都臭晒，連訓覺嗰陣都聞到啲油煙味。咁住得studio都係想儲吓錢，但係冇得煮嘢食又唔符合經濟原則，真係好唔方便。

  我住studio flat就真係少啲招呼人上嚟玩，但係依家我周不時都會叫人上去我屋企pre-drink, after-drink等等。買得自己物業都係想盡用同朋友屋企人分享。我覺得清潔好快啫，又唔係招呼啲咩三九唔識七嘅人。同埋自己屋企飲多咗又唔驚，方便自己囉。

我其實仲睇中一個新樓盤，MC2，喺Marine夾Cambie，啲兩房單位有大露台又好似幾實用。最好係佢有skytrain，遲啲又有T&T，又近superstore。我覺得租出去都好有potential，因爲唔係個個都返downtown有啲兩公婆可能一個返richmond咁，就兩邊都算方便。
