so is the buffet at JJ's or 4 corners?? anywhere i can find out more info about the buffet (where, price, phone #)? wanna bring my mom to a buffet dinner sometime.

the buffet is around $21.xx, and they are already fully booked till the end of May

it's just FOA, easy easy ;) i'm lucky that i got my commerce degree, lots of transfer credits, skipped most boring business courses
It is much better to get a job as pastry chef' , less stress and way better working environment.
Also, much easier to learn culinary arts once you have the baking background.

You have a long way to go, I happened to meet a whole bundle of junior chefs
at the BC Chefs' meeting at Earls Yaletown on Tuesday.
The kitchen brigade there are youngsters, in their 20's and early 30's
