I am thinking of changing my career. I have been working as freelance designer but I am considering to give myself some breakthroughs plus a more income career.
Is anyone here Mortgage Broker or Realtor? Any career advice you can give? Which has more fast track to obtain the license? Sorry. My questions may be too general. I am still a beginner.

realtor - depends on how soon can you pass the exam.  mortgage broker - get the job and they will provide training.  do you have the clients?  just cold call?  prepare no/low income for the first few months?
