They never helped. But I also never asked for help.  A small apartment wasn't really that expansive here. And you can "borrow" from your own RRSP to help for the down payment.

Vancouver real estate is already the most expensive in Canada. In places like Regina or Winnipeg, you can buy big houses.

五年還晒!! I think most ppl who needed a mortgage won't be able to pay off within 5 years.. it's more like 15 or 20 years.
