Went there last night.

食完, 先發覺我食得嘴diu左. 覺得幾好食啦.  Black Truffle.. Foie Gras..etc 煮得唔錯, 但一D驚喜都無. 過幾日就唔會記得食左咩.

haha, I don't know how good they are now. Last time I went, it was 4+ years ago... And same as you... I think I may be more 嘴diu now vs 4 years ago....

Nope, you are not 嘴diu. They have changed since their peak. First, they changed executive chef. Also the fact that they got too many awards made their service went down a little. Don't seem to go for the little extra effort to satisfy you anymore.

For that price level, there's a lot of other places that offers better food and dining experience nowadays.

by looking at their menu, just too simple! like bishop, they emphasis on simple ingredients, sometimes it's nothing wrong with that, but then it won't give you that wow feeling. just nice but nothing more.
