Their blue mountain blend isn't available all time. I remember going to their GI location and asked once in a while.
Didn't pay attention recently tho.

The owner is rich, they opened the business to entertain their friends,
they would close the biz few months for vacation every year.
They own the property so they just have to pay the tax and utilities bills,
which is only peanuts to them.
I got the info from the strata owners' association members
