Olympic organizers have now gone to 'Plan C' at Cypress Mountain due to a lack of snow at the freestyle skiing and snowboard-cross venue.  VANOC now plans to truck in snow they've been stockpiling at higher elevations, and they'll be using straw and wood to build the courses--then dumping the snow over that.

It will cost them more than 19,000 hay bales to make this happen....indeed this isn't cheap.
