處理失當 濫用公權力

●針對日前台灣婦人被加拿大海關刁難事件，今天看到報紙，竟有一位Bruce Ma先生認為海關處理沒有失當，我認為這位先生的發言十分不妥，而且加拿大海關的確處理失當。

加拿大海關的態度惡劣以及濫用公權力的事件，早已經是時有耳聞，不知道有多少華人受過海關的羞辱，今天一位華裔先生竟然站出來幫海關說話，實在是有胳膊向外彎的感覺。

而且今天這位李姓婦人並未做任何非法之事，簽證既無過期，也未攜帶違禁品，而為何購買單程機票以及為何攜帶多件內衣，實在是她的個人自由，海關根本不須過問，就算真的要搜查，也應該以一個尊重的態度來搜索，而不是任意將她的內衣丟在地上，還要她自行收拾，更不應該不讓李姓婦人連絡她的親友，還沒收她的手機。

今天一位單純的台灣旅客前來加拿大遊玩，竟然要受到此般侮辱，實在是值得我們所有旅加華裔一起站出來為她發聲，並嚴正要求加拿大海關出面為自己無禮的舉止道歉。

i voted NOT to send her home
whatever in her luggage was not threatening
ppl might hv difficulties talking to customs (like scare to talk to police)
she is dumb but that's not a crime (not everyone like Bjai's grandprarents)

In this case, it might turn out that the custom is wrong about her being the terrorist but what happened if one of 100 cases turn out to be true?  I think the custom just want to be cautionous.
