Lot of restaurants put hot pot or BBQ on the menu,
it could be a complicate matter, first , you have to install
professional exhaust systems above each table.
Then you have to get approval by Fire Dept and Health Authority.
Many restaurant owners don't even know or care, until they run into trouble
Their food is not bad. But under the poor ventilation, it's not enjoyable.
One of my friends was vegetarian but they don't have ANY vegetarian dishes, only cold dishes appetizer.
