Does he/she do fondant cake? This will be an outdoor wedding and cream/butter cream cake for sure will melt.
We talked to many Chinese Bakeries and they all thought we said "square shape cake" in Chinese. ("fon" sound of fondant)
Does your friend has a web site or picutres of her previous fondant cake projects?

We love your friend's design for my friend's wedding cake. I will post the picture after the wedding. Looking forward to see the actual cake and taste it.
This is the first fonant cake that I have tried so far that has tasty fondant!
