just wondering, could the
chinese herb medicine be claimed?
they told me that only Physical Therapy and Acupuncture can be clamed
not chinese herb medicine...

Are you talking about from your work place's extended medical insurance?
You will have to check with your HR or the provider. Some actually allow alternative medical claims (natural path).
A lot of extended medical plans cover acupunture and I guess that's why they told you so.
