Banzai Sushi if you are not too demanding... It's on Westminister HWY (the opposite side of Richmond Public Market).

I don't know how expensive it is compared to other places, but Matsuyama does take out too

I actually like Togo's Sushi at Richmond Centre (the one beside McDonald). Pretty good for fast sushi takeouts.

I like the one on No. 1 rd and Francis (beside safeway), they have a lot of really "different" sushi like mango roll, papaya roll, cream cheese roll.
