i went to Taylor's Shellfish Farm.  2182 Chuckanut Drive, Bow, WA 98232.  about 20 mins drive from bellingham.
when i went last time, it was having some kind of festival so i could buy pre-opened fresh oyster and ate there.  but it should be just selling but not opening during normal days.  they have kumamoto, shigoku and pacific oysters that day.  it was about a month or 2 ago.
