岩里政男(aka.李登輝)：釣魚台屬日本領土 (08:32)

台灣前總統岩里政男在日本文藝春秋雜誌撰文稱，「多說幾次也一樣，釣魚台就是日本的領土。」

岩里強調，中國對釣魚台（中國稱釣魚島），就好像「看到了美人，就主張說是自己的老婆」一樣，實在太無理，中國就是擅長故弄玄虛來恫嚇別人。

岩里政男表示，去年9月發生在釣魚台海域的中國漁船與日本海上保安廳船艦衝撞事件，台灣也做了很大的報道，中國船長後來被釋放了，他看到消息後覺得非常遺憾。

岩里政男說，中國主張的釣魚台主權，是站在中華帝國霸權主義的領土觀，把過去的朝貢國都當作是中國最外側的領土。

他說，中國古書寫說，在清朝時代光緒帝要為皇太后治病，曾使用人民獻上的釣魚台海底所取藥草而治癒，皇太后後來把釣魚台三島封給那個百姓，雖然是中國古文書，卻沒有國際法根據。

岩里政男表示，中國在1992年制定「中華人民共和國領海及鄰接區法（領海法）」，把台灣及所包含的釣魚台諸島等，都記在中國領土名下。

他指出，釣魚台在台灣日據時代與台灣關係很深，釣魚台近海是個漁場，沖繩與台灣漁民都到那兒捕魚，沖繩漁民將捕到的魚送到那霸，還不如送到台灣的基隆與台北市場方便。

Didn't he said it himself? It's easier to send catch from Diaoyu island to TW than to Japan? Wouldn't that infer that Diayu is at least closer to TW than Japan? Then why is he saying it should be Japan's?

Of course, Jin Men is part of China PRC or ROC, depends on which country you are.
But Canada recognizes Taiwan province as part of PRC.
There is no country that recognizes Taiwan as a separate entity from PRC/ROC.
