I tried the rose petal infused sipping chocolate at Chocolaterie de la Nouvelle France and really loved it. I guess it's harder to find THICK sipping chocolate in Vancouver.
I will prob go again this weekend.. and prob visit Thomas Haas too!
the thomas haas one was just ma ma dei... we went to 4 different places and thomas haas was my least fav one... fav one was the rose flavor hot chocolate @ chocolaterie de la nouvelle france... i just had the regular hot chocolate cuz sipping chocolate would be too thick.

My friend also prefer regular hot chocolate but I can only drink thick sipping chocolate now. I am going to try Campagnolo Cafe on the weekend.
I think they have the thick sipping one too. Mink calls it "drinking chocolate".
Actually, when I go to Thomas Haas before, I have to order their EXTRA DARK hot chocolate. regular milk chocolate won't "cut it" any more. Guess I don't have to go to them for the hot chocolate festival flavours then.
