Anyone know the law here?  Olympic Village sues pre-sales buyers for the deposits.  If buyers didn't complete the contract, the deposit is forfeited.  Why Olympic Village need to sue presale buyers?

One have given up $310,000.  That's a big cunch of money.

The city wants to recoup the money invested in the Olympics Village, otherwise the taxpayers will lose the money.
