上網買左野，等了兩個月都收唔到貨，email又唔覆，可以點做?

well if you use paypal... it has 45 days payment dispute...

two months is over 45 days. you can't do anything at all.
simply there is no protection for you at this stage..

you should have make dispute when u don't receive any thing within three weeks.
if you are not using paypal than good luck to you...

so you always check whether the site is genuine or not before buying from them.. call them (not email) before paying, check their site review etc etc

I think you should still complain to paypal even if it is over 45days, at least paypal would build up the negative feedbacks with the seller and may put him in blacklist sometime in future.

Google it for reviews, see if it s a scammer.
seems like you don't have a shippment tracking number
and if you weren't paid by paypal nor credit cards, most likely you got scammed!

Well... if definitely their problem...
they forget to 落單 during boxing day... n ask us 2 reorder
and will give us the $$ back...
but now they are not willing 2 ...
I didn't even complain at all...
its been almost 2 month la...

online wa go 2 store...
store wa go ask online

Last time I complain 2 best buy... at the end they give mi a $100 gift card within an hour... n got the problem fix...
