So if there is a car accident and I got the license plate, in BC, I will bill ICBC for it.
How about Alberta?

Thank you in advance.

Nam, not sure I understand your question. The accident is in Alberta or in BC? The cars involved are both AB plates or one of each? Or are you just asking what to do if you are a resident of AB holding a AB license plate? Anyway, the license holders of AB will report to the company/brookers who they purchased their insurance from. Not like ICBC in BC. No conflict of interest.

Yes, I don't quite understand her question too, what does she mean "got the license plate in BC?"

May be she has accident in Alberta? but she is from BC??

Anyway, I am using TD Monnex ..  and lots of info on TD website. ^_^

Basically,  a vehicle with alberta plate has damaged a government property, Rcmp attended and got the plate numbe. I normally bill ICBC for that but they denied the claim because it is an alberta plate,  so I wonder who should I bill in this case

Thanks. .....

Oh ..  and it is a "hit and run" ? then you better just call police!

"normally" bill ICBC ..  sounds like people hitting the government property all the time??

Even light pole and guard rail are government property bor, so I think that's pretty often.
