So, where are the places that is a MUST GO in LV, LA, San diego in the summer and that no need to join any tours or something like that coz we will be renting a car there anyways........

It really depends on what your interests are...LA, LV, San Diego are full of different activities
you can goto the San Diego Zoo, Universal Studios, Disneyland, Hollywood...etc

or you can go for food or shopping or gambling

but one thing..it's super duper hot down there in the summer..especially in San Diego. Be well prepared (lots of water) because it's gonna be expensive at the tourist hotspots to buy drinking water. If you goto the amusement parks, you will see that they have fans that spray cold water on the tourists to cool them down

can't seem to find any good ones on the internet, or maybe i just duno how 2 search haha...

must go to San Diego Zoo!!!

it is by far the best zoo in north america, after u have seen that zoo, it makes the other zoos just plain second-class

For LV, just by shopping in hotels, going to some great shows, have some fabulous buffet like the Bellagio one, go to the Fashion Show Mall, and maybe Grand Canyon will take you about 4 days already.  

As for San Diego, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Legoland, Old Mexican town, a stroll down the Crystal Pier is amazing too.
