Which local domain registrar is good ? or all of them are same on registration fee ?

I remember there was one web site hosting (or registrar) sponsor for LYK before but can't find it now.

you have to look into each company.

not just the price, but the terms (do you have to get hosting in order to have domain discount,..etc)  

and also, for some cases I know, ppl are easy to register but hard to get any service or hard to get cancel the service.

I joined up with godaddy and it really sucked. I canceled and forfeited the money spent. I signed up with Just host and it's been great so far! The 24 hr customer service with a tollfree number beats having to call Ld to get any help. And I'm non technical so I DO need lots of help including setting up mail access through my phone.
So I researched on reviews of hosting companies that has to be Canada or close to Canada based and rated as one of the best. After hours of research, I ended up with Justhost
Anyway, Justhost offers unlimited email accounts and offer lots of options and lots of support! The price is cheap but quality and support is awesome

I'm so confident with them that i've joined their referral program.

I used GoDaddy and hated it! The customer and tech support was poor. I posted my concern (cannot receive and send email through mobile) on their forum and website. Did not get replies at all to solve my problem. They do not have a toll free # to call. They are located in the states. Close to Mexico. I had to call them many times to address technical and billing issues. Their operators have heavy southern accent. And have to scroll through webpages of English and Spanish, listen to menu options on the phone in Spanish....
urgh! too much hassle! Anyway, I got fed up and said forget it! Let them keep my money and changed to another provider that I've been very happy with!
