Valor Howell disappeared from Grand Forks seven years ago

0 ARIZONA (NEWS1130) - Police in Arizona think they've found a boy who was abducted in BC seven years ago.
10-year-old Valor Howell was found with a woman, believed to be his mother, in a laundromat in the town of Chandler near Phoenix. Jamie Howell has been arrested after officers connected her to a missing child report.
The boy was reported missing in Grand Forks back in December of 2004 after a joint custody deal fell apart. Police declared the case a kidnapping by the following spring.
