富士康 Foxconn will replace human workers with 1 million robots in 3 years

Foxconn is known to be the largest private employer in China and has been a child of controversies mostly which pertain to how it manages the employees. The company now seeks to replace TBA number of employees with one million robots in three years’ time. Anyway, the company has 10,000 robots in force right now and it is looking to expand that number to 30,000.

Robotized workforce is good for it infuses a competitive spirit in the workplaces, especially at those where workers are expensive. The robot in Foxconn will be employed to accomplish basic tasks like spraying, wielding, and assembling.
