There is about 20 choices of noodles to choose from, from fried noodles to noodle in soup, ones with meat or vegetables, and as well as a choice in soup base and noodle type
Basically it shares the same kitchen as Kirin next to it, and has a conveyer belt (like HK all you can eat sushi) where you can pick up dim sum like egg tarts or deep fried tofo with fish paste. It's like AYCE Dim sum, preety cool idea.
