How to get rid of dog pee stain on carpet?

i don't know if this is posted under the right place, please correct if its not.

my dog used to have a habit to pee on carpet. even he knows he should pee on the "pee pad" or outside, sometimes he would still pee just right next to the pee pad.

i bought a stain remover called "Spot shot" at costco and it can really remove 99% of the pee stain but not all. it's like right now i can still see really really light yellow pee on the carpet. it some how hard to tell but if you really focus looking at the carpet, you can easily tell where they are.

i tried to apply some more "spot shot" but those pale yellow stain are still on the carpet. I'm renting people's house and i do not want to make a mess to their house. Is there any ways that i can remove those stain completely?

does the clean carpet company have special ways to remove the stain? if they do, then i'd just get them to clean my carpet once to remove those stain.

please help.
