You know, at first I thought that Canadian doesn't like to have kids (don't we have low birth rate)....but then when I started look around. Shopping mall is always full of strollers, parental class full and have to book early, even local forum...lots of pregnancy related discussion, etc.
Around my friend circle, I would say 90% of married couple would like to have kids and not only one but two. So, there are quite a few people like to have kids too...including myself. In the end, I can't tell whether it's a better world or worse for the future generation, but at least, they have a chance to experience, good or bad. And as parents, we are just trying to try/give our best to (love) our kids. Isn't that what matters the most? |
