TML Management Group Ltd. has an immediate opening for a full or part time property accountant.

Responsibilities include full cycle accounting such as preparation of monthly bank reconciliations, accounts receivable , account payable, assist with monthly and annual adjustments, preparing various other reports and financial statement relating to properties, provide accurate and timely financial information as required internally and externally to the client as well as filing and general office duties.

Candidate must have excellent English communicaiton skills and have experience in property accounting. Must be able to work at an advanced level with simply accounting, MS Office, MS Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications should include some experience in a recognized accounting program or possible enrollment in a CGA/CMA program or significant industry experience.  

Enthusiastic, Positive attitude, responsibility, excellent organizational & time management skills and work under pressure, strong interpersonal, verbal & written skills.  Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset.
